30-DAY WORRY-FREE RETURNS
Every Blocc Cube purchased from heyblocc.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, for any reason. Try it in your real meetings and calls; if it is not the right fit, send it back.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@heyblocc.com or use the contact form at heyblocc.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns should include the Blocc Cube, the USB-C charging cable, and the magnetic ring. Normal signs of use are fine; that is what "worry-free" means. We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund for items that are damaged beyond normal use, missing major components, or not the item we shipped.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact support@heyblocc.com.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Inspect your order on arrival. If your Blocc Cube arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Blocc Cube is covered by a limited warranty for one (1) year from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device stops working during the warranty period, contact support@heyblocc.com with your order number and a description of the issue. At our option, we will repair the device, replace it, or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not cover: physical or cosmetic damage (drops, crushing, scratches), water or liquid damage, damage from misuse, modification, or repair by anyone other than Loopsh, normal battery capacity reduction over time, or units purchased from unauthorized resellers. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this one-year warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND APP SERVICES
The Blocc app includes 500 free transcription minutes every month with your device. Loopsh+ subscriptions ($12.99 per month) are purchased, billed, and refunded through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms; we cannot refund App Store purchases directly.
SHIPPING COSTS
Refunds cover the product price and original standard shipping where required by law. Return shipping is free: we email you a prepaid return label when you start your return.
